Free One Copy of Special Issue of Research Publication “Tejasvi Astitva” having registered with RNI & ISSN, Govt. of India published with Seminar proceedings for SEMINAR 2019 – VISHAKHAPATNAM titled “HIGHER EDUCATION TODAY” for one Registered Delegate shall be awarded to winner of Lucky draw Contest.
  5. *** Definite & Guaranteed Special Prize for Group Motivator(s) from all groups who have taken initiative of motivating participant(s) & eligible persons to attend the seminar.
  6. All Group Motivator(s) shall be entitled to refund of registration amount on account of the initiative taken by them to motivate 12 person(s) in a Group, subject to submitting the Registration Card, Proof of Payment and the Claim Form for the Group he or she has motivated. The Claim must be submitted to Dr. Karri Sudha, Seminar Convener & Asstt. Professor & HOD, Hindi Department, Vishakha Govt. Degree College for Women, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India on or strictly before 30th May 2019 for settlement.
  7. One Lucky winner of the Lucky Draw Contest shall be allowed to accompany one person free of cost with him or her of his or her choice who shall be entitled to all benefits pertaining to the Registration process for the seminar. Special offers including Lucky draw benefits shall not be available to such persons registered for the Seminar.  

SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR GROUP PARTICIPATION

  1. Every participant in group who register before April 30, 2019 shall be allowed 10% discount on registration fee which can claim from the Seminar organizers by submitting his or her claim form to the Convener of the Seminar.
  2. Every Group Motivator shall be entitled to Free registration of one Guest of his or her choice for the seminar and shall be entitled to free accommodation for one Night at Vishakhapatnam on either 22nd June 2019 or 23rd June 2019 as per his / her convenience and choice subject to completion of all formality on or before 30th April 2019.

Note: Please Note that no claim shall be accepted after 30th April 2019 under any circumstances or recommendations.

  1. Early Bird Prizes under Lucky Draw Contest shall be available Only to Delegate(s) / Participant(s) / Applicant(s) who have applied and registered in Group through a “Group Motivator” only.
  2. All name(s) for Lucky Draw Contest shall be picked up from the list of Registered Participant(s) / Delegate(s) / Paper Presenter(s) only.
  3. A Group shall be considered “A Group” only if all person(s)
    1. registering for the Seminar are from the same Institution / College and not from different Institution(s) / College(s).

      2. Company Membership
      3. Organization Membership
      4. Corporate Membership
    2. registered only through “Group Motivator” under reference to
    3. Applicable only for “GROUP PARTICIPATION” for every 12 Registration(s) in the Category mentioned above.
  4. Every Group must be recommended by Head of the Institution for every case.
  5. Every Group Motivator must carry with him / her a certificate issued by the Competent Authority mentioning his / her name as a “Group Motivator”
