My dear brothers & sisters from the Teachers’ fraternity,
We take pleasure to announce the 3RD AWARD CEREMONY – 2020 – The SHANTI DEVI MEMORIAL AWARD – 2020 to Honour such Teachers in Bharat [India] who have extraordinary contribution in the field of Education and who have set an example of being an extraordinary teacher, who have a proven track record and who have proved to be a Role Model for the Students. This organization is committed to Honour and give recognition to every such teacher who have contributed in the education sector for the Development of this Nation – in True Sense. Every such teacher shall be the proud recipient of the भारत के अनमोल रत्न – 2020 [BHARAT KE ANMOL RATNA – 2020].
While many amongst us are Public Spirited Persons, working constantly for some or the other Public Cause, of which many are working for many Noble Cause as part of their Social Responsibility, voluntarily & constantly putting tremendous effort for some or the other social cause but they all remain unrecognized. Their efforts are neither visible to larger public nor their hard work is recognized by many. This organization is, therefore, pleased to announce TRILOKI NATH MEMORIAL AWARD – 2020 for the deserving and eligible persons who have been involved in social activities as part of their Moral Social Responsibility and who work for social causes as part of their duty, selflessly & un-obligatory. This special award is especially for such Teachers who have contributed to the Development of this Nation – in True Sense through their extraordinary research work, who have a proven track record of producing meritorious students, in addition to having recognized participation and contribution in sharing Social Responsibility for a noble cause. Some of the Social Issues/Causes are being mentioned hereunder:
Prostitution, Harassment to Widows with respect to age old & orthodox traditions)
Any other area where one has worked to provide relief to victims/aggrieved or have Motivated, Sensitized & created Awareness amongst the people of this country as part of Social Responsibility.

Tejasvi Astitva Foundation is a non-profit making organization established to curb violation of Human Rights, and to focus on development of Education & Health system – the primary base pillars besides others, for the Development of the Nation – in True Sense. The basic motto of the organization is Fight for Just & Right for each one everyone everywhere using the Non-Violent technique of Motivation, Sensitization & Awareness Creation in each & every sections of the society.
The foundation with an aim to encourage education to every section of the society has in the past put sincere effort to recognize & honor the hard work of the teachers and researchers. In this gigantic task it has been appropriately awarding the teachers at various levels from many years.
Awards
Teaching fraternity is making continuous & relentless efforts to strengthen the capabilities and inculcate values to our future generation. It is nearly impossible to describe the significance of a Teacher in words. A Teacher is the future maker of our children. A Teacher imparts knowledge in our children and instills the technique of existence in life. A Teacher is considered no less than God. According to famous poet Kabir Das, “if God & Guru [Teacher] both, happen to appear together at the same time, then I would First Touch the Feet of my Guru as a Mark of Respect, since it is my Guru who introduced God to me.”
Tejasvi Astitva Foundation desires to felicitate and honour such extraordinary teachers in a Glittering Ceremonial Event – The Award Ceremony to the Gurus of our children @ a Star Hotel in Hyderabad on 20th June 2020 and Vishakhapatnam on 27th June 2020 (tentatively).
The Teachers award titled भारत के अनमोल रत्न [BHARAT KE ANMOL RATNA] & भारत गौरव सम्मान – 2020 [BHARAT GAURAV SAMMAN – 2020] in the form of Shield with Certificate of Recognition/Merit shall be bestowed upon Teachers who have extraordinary contribution in the field of education during current academic year 2019-2020.
The Faculty member should have completed 10 years of minimum service teaching any subject at Universities, Graduate or Post Graduate level in B-Schools, Affiliated Private, Government, Aided Colleges or Skill Training Centre. Those who got promoted from Junior level teaching should have at least 5 years’ experience in teaching at University, Graduate or Post-graduate level and overall experience of 12 years. The cutoff date is 31st March 2020 for experience purpose and their contribution to society in the form of research or extension activities apart from teaching shall be innovative and commendable and shall be an additional advantage/weightage in selection.
What is expected from the awardee:
Responsibility of Teachers being awarded for their work increases, because the expectation of we, the common men increases and we start expecting more and more from such teachers in the interest of this Nation. To fulfil our expectations is the moral responsibility of such teachers. We expect full-fledged contribution and support from teachers in the Education Sector to achieve our Mission: Development of this Nation – in True Sense.
Research Journal [Tejasvi Astitva]:
The Founder Chairperson is publishing a Multi-Lingual Multi-Disciplinary Research Journal from Delhi where he is the Publisher besides being the Editor-in-Chief. This Research Journal is registered by Registrar General of Newspapers of India (RNI) & International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), Govt. of India, Delhi. Quality Papers are invited from the researchers and academicians which shall be published on selection & approval by the Editorial Board forwarded the Peer Review Board along with Subject Experts remarks and approval for publication.
Application in the form of Self Nominations is invited from the deserving teachers in a given area. Colleagues and Friends can also nominate a deserving teacher in the concerned nomination form (Link to Nomination Form given at the bottom of this page). Nominations Closes on 15th April 2020.
Nominations shall be reviewed by an expert committee and those selected for award will be intimated about their selection through personal email on or before 30th April 2020. The selected awardees have to register using registration option through online in the website http://www.tejasviastitva.com . Registration should be completed at the earliest but not later than 15th May 2020. Early confirmation of their participation enables the organizers to complete the requisite formalities pertaining to the Award Ceremony in an appropriate decent manner.
